The San Diego DA’s Office announced 13 new indictments today against defendants in one of the largest workers’ compensation health care insurance bribery schemes ever uncovered in San Diego County.
The Insurance Fraud Division, which is led by Division Chief Dominic Dugo, investigated this case. Deputy District Attorneys John Philpott, Pedro Bernal and Genaro Ramirez worked on this case.
