Supporters of former eThekwini mayor Zandile Gumede happy as fraud, corruption trial starts
The fraud and corruption trial of former eThekwini mayor Zandile Gumede is due to finally start in the Durban High Court today. She is being charged together with former city manager Sipho Nzuza and 20 others.
The case relates to a multi-million rand Durban Solid waste tender awarded by the eThekwini municipality in 2016.
