The Arkansas Department of Human Services (DHS) has wasted millions of dollars of software to prove eligibility for people using Medicaid. The system didn’t work for almost 2 years and only partially works now. The Arkansas Health Reform Legislative Taskforce held a meeting Wednesday, July 15th 2015 in Big MAC rm A of the Arkansas State Capitol.
