Dobbs Ferry’s Saint John’s Hospital, in Dobbs Ferry, New York is another hospital which works with the Illegals’ Mafia, commits Medicare and Medicaid Fraud for the said Mafia [and its members], and Falsifies Billing information in order to commit the fraud and defraud millions of dollars from the Tax-Payers money every year. They also have the sick citizens sign documents and refuse to give the signers copies of what they sign [an ILLEGAL practice].
This is also the hospital where Mafia Member Kevin M. McGuire sent two women, apparently to get dressed as nurses, to kill elderly, disable, and chronically ill citizen Luisa Oyarzun (the illegals’ mafia stole and sold her identity to illegals in the different counties and states surrounding New York, and she was obliged to report him). You can check the camera at the ER-Entrance on 04/12/15, around 12 PM.
The doctor, Dr. Joshua Stillman, had the said elderly patient wait until the said female-mafia-members got to the hospital, to commit the murder. However, the said two women got there too late. When they were at the front door of the Emergency Room, Ms. Oyarzun and her caretaker were living. If you check the cameras, you will see one of these female-mafia-members trying to cover her face with her black hair; so the elderly, disable mafia’s victim did not recognize her [because these two women had been persecuting, harassing and trying to assassinate her for years].
Similarly to this hospital’s billing Department- Staff Person in charge of the billing, when I infiltrated myself in the said mafia, I worked with Russians who were experts in Billing Fraud. These Russians were Galina Itskovich and Julia Berger. They worked directly with Mafia Member Kevin M. McGuire and their “company” was called G&Y KidsPower, Inc. The fraud was done through Medicaid. They used to do a lot of fraudulent billing. But, after I reported them, Kevin McGuire had them pack up, leave the place where they had been working (on Yonkers Avenue; Yonkers, NY), and “disappeared.”
What this mafia does is to move them to another location and continue with the Medicaid and Medicare fraud. The information that I saw from these Russians Fraud-Billing-Experts is millions of dollars defrauded from the tax payers (using McGuire’s help and New York State Medicaids with the children of the illegals). Frankly, Bob Melendez’ Medicare Case is nothing compared to these Russians’ case.
