Corruption continues to undermine the sustainability of the healthcare system. During the pandemic several scandals immerged such as irregular PPE procurement and the Digital Vibes contract. In this session we look at the mandate of the Presidential Health Sector Anti-Corruption Forum (HSACF) helmed by the Special Investigating Unit (SIU), what corruption has been encountered and the impact of that corruption on the health sector. SAMED is a member of the HSACF.
