A Recent Survey By The Ethics And Anti Corruption Commissions Now Notes That The Average Bribe Has Dropped From 5,000 In 2017 To 3,800 In 2018. The Registrar Of Persons, Police And Public Hospitals Are The Top Three Institutions Where Bribery Persists.
