Corrupt Federal government officials in Albany and Syracuse, New York have covered up mortgage fraud involving Polly Rutnik, mother of US Senator Kirsten Gillibrand. Michael G. Bouchard, an Albany attorney is the subject of an unjust investigation and grand jury indictment while Polly Rutnik has not been investigated at all due to her obvious political connections. Richard Hartunian, the US Attorney for The Northern District of New York is also connected to Polly Rutnik and has done nothing to prosecute her. Mr. Bouchard has sent a letter to US Attorney General Eric Holder requesting the appointment of a special prosecutor to investigate this scandal.
